● SESSION COURT

The court presided over by a judge appointed by the hight court of that particular state . The high court may also appoint Additional sessions judges and Assistant session judges in this court . In Indian cities , the session court is responsible for adjudicating matters related to criminal cases.




● DISTRICT JUDGE

A judge who works in the district court.
