Sieve tubes are slender,  tube - like structure Composed of elongated thin walled cells,  placed end to end.  Their walls are perforated. The nucleus of each sieve cell degenerates at maturity, so, cytoplasm persists in the mature cell. Thus nuclei are absent in mature sieve tubes elements.  While... Companion cells are generally associated  with the sieve tubes, is a small thin walled cells containing  dense and very active cytoplasm and large elongated  nucleus.  It is connected with the sieve tubes with numerous plasmodesmata.

sieve tube elements are long narrow pointed tubes present in the phloem tissue responsible for food transport   While companion cells attached to the sieve tube elements and helps to maintain the pressure between from where the food transport to where it should be transported..    I know this only.. Hope this is helpful in some case..
