similarity of a triangle means that both triangles are similar but not congruent
e.g:If you consider two triangles with equal angles but different sides we can that they both are similar but not congruent
Congruence of triangles means that the both triangles are congruent as their corresponsing angles and sides are equal.
e.g:If you consider any two triangles with equal angles and sides they are called congruent.
congruence of triangles can be determined by congruence rules.

Similarity means similar not congruent
For eg: two man are similar but not perfectly matching (congruent).in the same case if two triangles have two or all angles equals to that of another that means they similar not congruent.
In the case of congruence of the triangle two triangles are congruent only all the six components of the triangle are equal (the three sides and the three angles)
If the two triangles are congruent then they will perfectly match on the other one.
Hope you understand.
