Simple permanent tissue)
1. They are made up of only one type of cells .
2. They are only supportive in functions .
3. They are mature cells and incapable of division .
4. Examples like -
A. Parenchyma
B. Collenchyma
C. Sclerenchyma

Simple permanent tissue consist of only one type of cells while complex permanent tissue has several types of cells. While simple tissue is homogenous, complex is heterogeneous.

Simple tissue is found throughout the plant and animal body like epidermis while complex tissue has restricted presence like xylem and phloem.

Simple tissue performs a wide range of functions while complex performs limited specialized functions.

(Complex permanent tissue)
1. They are made up of more than one type of cell .
2. They are basically conductive in functions .
3. They are also mature cells , incapable of division.
4. Examples like -
A. Xylem
B. Phloem

These organisms are made of many similar specialised cells organised into tissues.Tissues are further organised into organs and organs into organ systems.
Examples -Organisms of kingdom fungi, animalia, plantae,
