Difference between skeletal and cardiac muscle contraction

skeletal muscle contraction is voluntary where as cardiac muscle contraction is involuntary, skeletal muscles are striated , cardiac muscles are also striated but not as clear as skeletal muscles . skeletal muscle can be built up by continous and consistent body exercise where as the cardiac muscle cannot be grown or built up.
