Skeletal:-The muscle that is attached to your bones (aka: skeleton), which allows for movement. Skeletal muscles are the muscles we work out in the gym.

Visceral:- Viscera refers to your internal organs (ie: if a samurai were to slice you across the midsection with his sword, your viscera would most likely fall out). Thus, an example of visceral muscle would be the muscle in the small/large intestines used to push the food through (although, I've never heard it referred to as visceral muscle). What is common is referring to fat in/around the internal organs as “visceral fat” - which also happens to be the hardest fat to lose.

Cardiac:-This muscle group includes the heart - the heart IS a muscle with valves, etc. The way to work this is through cardiovascular exercise, which also includes simply lifting weights faster/less rest between sets.

INSHAALLAH it will help you!
