Let us consider a Garage as an organization. There are n number of tools available in there. Specifically I suggest you to consider spanner. Human resource is nothing but the individual who takes care of the role assigned t him. As you can see a spanner will do its job though there are multiple spanners with multiple sizes. Similarly HR does their job from multiple in house roles.
A Spanner kit which keeps all the spanners in one place is human capital where all the USEFUL resources are at one place.
Taking the same example, the experienced one who repairs the bikes at the garage is skilled labour since he works independently but his associate who needs his guidance/managing support is an unskilled labour.
Though it sounds odd with the example, it is more apt to common man in understanding and in my opinion understanding matters the most.
