Answer:

A slam book is a notebook which is passed among children and teenagers. The keeper of the book starts by posing a question realted to the subject on which the book is dedicated to and the book is then passed around for each contributor to fill in their own answer to the question. It is a record of questions that might arise in a particular topic/subject with the answer most acceptable.

A scrapbook is a book in which we write down personal memorable moments with pictures. It is something like a diary. It is usually not shared with others than your close friends and family members.
