Generally smart card are prepaid card and u may use up to the limit which u have recharge it
and debit card basically linked with your bank a/c and u may use it up to your bank balance.

in these two cards u need not to pay money after utilization because u already have done this but credit card is issued by bank and bank decide the limit for ur credit and u may use this limit for your purchasing and other shopping purposed u need to pay it after the use according to bank policy. generally it is 20 to 50 days depends onto your purchasing date and statement generation date.
