• Smart simply means if you are really serious about achieving your goal then Smart work can help you.

Let us understand it by an example :

★ The goal setter will have the appropriate degree for the job.

The above goal is achievable with Smart work.

• Having or showing assurance and self-reliance is Confident. You should be confident about your work.

Let us understand it by an example :

★ I am confident about my ability to do the job.

Here the person is Confident that he would definitely get the job.

✝️Snob :

• A person who believes himself or herself an expert in his/her work/job and is against of those who hold other opinions or have any another taste for his/her job. This in short is called as Snob.

Let us understand it by an example :

★ Snob at times I would normally go for something that wasn't the cheapest just to assure quality.

Here she is trying to say that besides seeing quality of the product she should buy the cheapest thing.
