Specific Conductance :  It is a measurement of how well water can conduct an electric current . Conductivity is directly proportional to the amount and mobility of ions.


Ions conduct electricity when dissolved in water because of their positive and negative charge.


Equivalent Conductance : When one gram equivalent to electrolyte in a solution is dissolved that conducting power of all the ions is known as equivalent conductance.
