Spell Check refers to the evaluation for the accuracy of the spellings of words in accordance with the set spellings in a language.
Grammar Check on the other hand evaluates a piece of writing for accuracy in terms of grammatical and syntactical rules governing a language.
The grammar governing every language has certain rules and structures that need to be confirmed to in order for sentences to make sense.
