Difference between standard rapid & blitz chess

Blitz chess is when each side has 5 minute to complete the game . Whereas in rapid around 15 minute a side with 10 sec increment per move .. ... Blitz means each player has 5mins(almost always) or even less each.

5.1 In the Blitz Championship, each player will have 3 minutes + 2 seconds additional time per move, starting from move 1.
