The following are the differences between the state level and the national level in sports:

1. While the state level sports are organized by the state in order to give the right path to the people of the state. Here people use to compete with each other to go to the next level. On the other hand, national level sports are organized by the union government. On the national level, the athletes of different states used to compete with each other.

2. The next level for the state level sports is the national level, whereas, the next level after the national level is the international level; where the athlete used to compete with the athlete of the different countries.
