This one means that there is no any other progress while the people are contented with their independence status.
dynamic degree of freedom is freedom whereby , the people are subsequently making changes in their way of operation since the time they acquired independence .
By this , what is meant is that there is progress in the way the people are operating as far as their democracy and freedom is concerned.
