Rotating polar molecules is not stationary and rotates about its given axis.thus this molecule exhibits rotatory motion about a particular axis.

The covalent molecules which have dipole moment zero are called as stationary polar molecules

Royal17301: dipole moment zero means???
samikshyabhuyan45: Dipole moment zero means movement of two atoms being zero.... it depends on the polarity of individual bond and the geometry of the atoms
