Hi,
Stereoselectivity is the property in which a reactant forms product or stereoisomer irrespective of the stereochemistry of the reactant while stereospecific reactions are those reactions in which particular stereoisomers form particular stereoisomer corresponding to it.
Thus all stereospecific reactions are stereoselective while all stereoselctive reactions are not stereospecific.
