A stereotype is a mistaken idea or belief many people have about a thing or group that is based upon how they look on the outside, which may be untrue or only partly true.

Discrimination

Discrimination is the act of making distinctions between human beings based on the groups, classes, or other categories to which they are perceived to belong.

A stereotype is a standard/common ideology based on the opinions of the people before, which was followed by the people after them, making it a sort of cycle(which is a thing humans are quite fond of doing....resulting everything into a cycle), but the truth is that this cycle is based on a person’s personal opinion disregarding any other.


Discrimination is when a person is treated differently based on class, caste, colour, gender, etc.
