STOCK-1..materials which have the potential to satisfy human needs but human beings do not have appropriate technology to access these from environment.

eg-water is a compound of 2 inflammable compounds gases;hydrogen and oxygen, which can be used as a rich source of energy but we do not have the required technology to use them.

RESERVES-2..are the subset of the stock, which can be put into the use with the help of existing technology but their use has not been started.

eg-River water can be used for generating hydroelectric power but presently, it is being used to a limited extent. Thus, water in the dams is a reserve which can be used in the future.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!
