Hey mate ☺️

STOCK refers to the total quantity of a commodity which is available for sale with all the sellers present in the market. Any time that commodity may be sold by taking it out from the stock. Whereas SUPPLY refers to that part of stock which is offered for sale in the market at a specific price during a specific period of time.

Suppose, a farmer has 500 qtls. of wheat, out of which the farmer offers 100 qtls. of wheat for sale in the market at a price Rs. 600 per qtl. If price rises to Rs. 750 per qtl., the farmer offers to sell 200 qtls. of wheat. The quantity of wheat, either 100 qtls. or 200 qtls., which the farmer offers for sale in the market will be known as supply. On the other hand, total quantity of wheat i.e. 500 qtls., which is available with the farmer for sale, will be called stock.

I Hope it helps you ☺️ ✌️ ✌️
