The stomach is a part of the abdomen and they together help to absorb and digest the food taken. Apart from the stomach the abdomen also contains other organs like small intestine, liver. both of the organs are separated from the chest with the diaphragm and the inner wall of these muscular.

abdomen and stomach are two different parts of our body.
abdomen is actually and area region of the body. it is the area between chest or pectoral area and the pelvic region the abdomen is separated from the chest organs by virtue of structure known as diaphragm most of digestion occurs in abdomen.

the stomach is situated inside the abdomen it is also inclind to left of the abdominal region the stomach is responsible for digestion food that are eaten by humans or animals it is sac in appearance having acids that help digest the food begin eating the stomach is situated between intestine and oesophagus. it is connected to oesophagus through the gastrooesophagus spring sir which is responsible in contacting the food that goes into stomach this prevents the food from being propelled upward as in the case of gastric Reflux.
