strong acids: ph of strong acids is 0-2
relaease all the h+ ions into the solution
acid disociation constant is a higher value
the comparitive strength of the strong acid is more than 30% or equal to 100%
weak acids : ph of weak acids is 3-6
dont releae all the h+ ions
disociation rate is lower
the comparitive strenght is equal to or less than 30%
