Decision making is process of selecting options among all alternatives. Management of the organization makes decisions and to be honest half of that decisions made by managers lead to negative outcomes. To increase effectiveness of decision making we have to look up for the effective ideas:

* Individual decision making:
there is much risk of error in individual decision making so group discussion is preferred.

* Group decision making:
 Engage the group in brainstorming so that they generate ideas and set a high goal for these ideas so the group come up with it, you must encourage wild ideas and thinking out of the box. Ask individuals to brainstorm alone and then come for brainstorming in a group. Anonymous feedback is also important as well.
