Sustainable development is finally a day in the history of mankind when we knew from before mankind would run out of an essential for life resource, so we planned it and were able to push the resource extinction or created a bypass around it. We then ensured that humanity advances further and lives a thousand years more.

Inclusive growth is very much like having worked as a team to achieve the above goal.

With mutual understanding of the mission and vision. The ones who did not understand the mission did not contribute and kept making it difficult for those working towards the vision.

There are few aspects to this now

Its much like democracy. Because no framework exists to support those who did not understand and contribute now what will happen to them. Let them die? Would we call it inclusive?

Second is not communicating the goal with everyone and requesting assistance selectively based on judgements and bias like race, creed or intelligence and only taking a segment of the society along while leaving the rest behind. Its much like capitalist economy. Definitely not inclusive

Third would be to ensure that planning is to force everyone with whatever it takes towards implementing common and important goal. Like in a military rule. Everyone for themselves or like a Communist or Disciplinarian authority.

I would call this last one as a more inclusive growth sustainable development programme.

First is communication to all. After communicating, leaving the choice on an individual to contribute. But definitely communicating and requesting assistance and hoping assistance.
