pritikatemp: if i am to tell you why, ll u mark me as brainiest ?
Meghnateesta: we use take to offer tea
Meghnateesta: we use take to offer tea
pritikatemp: The reason that they give is that as coffee or tea cannot be drunk as water or other beverages - because we take coffee/tea with sips, so that's why we use 'take' with hot things.
Meghnateesta: we drink as well as sip
pritikatemp: becos we don't drink tea, we sip it
