English as first language:-
If you are learning English as a first language you will interpret all the words and domestic English expressions in English only. You will understand English in English term. And this is the most effective way to learn English.
English as second language:
If you are learning English as a second language you would like to understand all the English terms in your first language, after that you will try to translate into English and it'll take sometimes to interpret in English terms and Expressions and also you will feel difficulties in using domestically.
So That's the difference.
My own personal experience.
