1. Firing of an employee and relieving from his duties immediately.
2. He is not eligible to be hired by the same company in future.
3. Is usually done, when an employee makes a severe damage to the employers property or commits a major error in his duties.
Breach of contract:
1. If an employee is not meeting the terms and conditions that are made by the employer, during employment contract.
2. The employment contract has some legal terms, if either party are not obliged to these terms then it leads to the breach of the contract.
