Testosterone:- It is Primary Male Sex hormone and an anabolic steroid. In Male humans, testodterone plays a key role in the devlopment of a Male reproductive tissues such as testes and prosta.
Sprem:- It is The Male reproductive cell and is derived from the Greek word Sprema. In the Types of Sexual reproduction known as anisogamy and its subtype oogamy, there is a marked diffrence in the size of the gametes with the smaller on being termed the " Male" or Dperm cell.

Testosterone is a hormone where as sperm is a cell.
EXPLANATION :
Testosterone is the most important male sex hormone. It helps produce 'sperm cells', keeps bones and muscles strong. Sperm are produce in testes and it has a nucleus, mitochondria, cytoplasm where as testosterone is a chemical substance and it is also produce in testes and the adrenal glands. It is released into the blood. It causes male like features in man like beard, moustache, muscles, hoarse voice etc.
