animal cell has no cell wall / plant cell has a cell wall.
animal cell contains plastid/ plant cell has no plastid

Hey mate
The difference between the animal cell and plant cell is the outer membrane of plant cell is rigid due to this plant cell have fixed shape but in animal cell the outer membrane is soft and flexible.In plant cell there are cell wall, chloroplast,vacuoles but these are not present in animal cell.
