A pronoun is a reflexive one if the action of the subject reflects upon the doer. Emphatic pronouns, on the other hand, are used to just emphasize the action of the subject.

reflexive is used when the subject and object of a verb is the same noun. For example :
I hurt myself.
Note: you can't use reflexive pronoun for non-living things.
For example: The door shut itself. Is incorrect.
Emphatic pronoun is used to emphasize the action done.
