"Haryana and Telangana have become partner states this year under 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat'. An MoU in this regard is pending. I will meet the Telangana Chief Minister very soon...We will sign an MoU whether it is here in Hyderabad, Chandigarh or Delhi. There will be tours of people of Haryana to Telangana and vice versa enabling the people understand each other," Khattar said.
There are several good things both Telangana and Haryana have and that will attract people of both the states to understand and learn and promote cultural exchange, he said.
Khattar further said a lot of people from Telangana also work in Haryana and "we are also thinking of starting Telugu course in any institute be it University or College in Haryana
