Difference between the kingdoms Monera and plantae on the basis of the following identifying characters of the class to which shark belongs.

b) Monerans are the main decomposers and few of them are photosynthetic also

 Members of plantae are generally photsynthetic..that means they provide nutrition to the entire ecosystem..some of them are parasites like cuscuta etc.. and some others are partially heterotrophic like nepenthes, venus fly trap etc...[insectivorus plants]

1. cartilagenous endoskeleton

2. gills are not covered by opericulum

3. male members have claspers on pelvic fin

4. tough skin is covered by placoid scales
