During binary fission in Amoeba, the nucleus elongates and divides first whereas during budding in yeast nuclear division follows the formation of bud.

In the binary fission of Amoeba it's parants identity is lost and both the produced cells are of the same size
but
in yeast
parants identity is not lost and the bud cell is smaller than parent cell
