(1)polyester is a man made synthetic fibre whereas wool fibre is a natural animal fibre obtained by sheep rearing ,
(2)polyester fibre melts on burning whereas wool fibre doesn't melt on burning.
(3) polyester fibre hasn't minute pores in it whereas wool fibre has a large amount of minute pores in it .
(4) polyester fibres are good to wear in winter season because it doesn't let heat to escape from body , this is same to wool .
(5) polyester fibres are cheap whereas wool fibres are expensive.
