Rizal Bill

Rizal Bill made it necessary for all the educational institutions to teach about the heros of freedom in Phillipines. There writings and works were also need to be mentioned in the Schools and so that everybody will have to learn about them in order to qualify the examination.

Rizal Law

The controversy of Rizal Bill led to Rizal Law in 1956. It is also known as Republic Act No. 1425. Under this, the life history of Jose Rizal was itself to be taught in the educational institutions. However, it was proposed as law in teh Congress and passed in 1956 making it mandatory for the institution to taught in School as a part of Curricula.
