Difference between the role of grandmother in village and city

In city a grand mom only rest and make her fully treated by a doctor and as compared to a village grand mom she could be a below poverty line kind so she can't even make her treat herself

grandmother always take care all the needs of the author when the author's parents was in the city she helps to the author to got ready for school and she daily visit to the temple and read scriptures .she throw chapatis to the village dogs. when she go to the city with the author ,the author got his separate room and now he reraly talk with the grandmother.now he join English school and go in the motor bus to the school.the grandmother was very sad because in the village she helps the author in their study but due to the difficult subjects she couldn't help the author.
