Difference between the two reaction-mg+2hcl gives mgcl2+h2 and naoh+hcl gives nacl+h2o

Mg + Hcl is Substitution reaction Mg Displaces Hydrogen

Whereas

Naoh + hcl = Neutralization Reactions
