Uniform velocity-When a body travels in a straight line (in a particular direction)and covers equal distances in equal interval of time then it is said uniform.Wheres as non uniform velocity(variable) travels unequal distances in equal interval of time in a particular direction,or when it covers equal distances in equal interval of time, but changes it's direction during motion
