so, if you see the universal gravitational constant it is equal and applicable for all objects in the universe . But if you see the gravity due to acceleration it is a special case in only on earth .

Because , the mass of the objects will differ from place to place . like if you are in earth you will have 9.8m/s² gravity ,if you are in moon you gravity will decrease 1/4 th .
