Troposphere is the most important layer because all the weather phenomena takes place in this layer for example thunder ,lightning etc whereas thermosphere is a layer which reflects radio waves ,and it also contains ionised particles so it also called Ionosphere.

Troposphere is the uppermost layer in the atmosphere.
