Plzz like it and rate

This difference of stationary phase results in numerous advantages for TLC , as compared to PC, namely:

1) Higher sample throughput and lower analysis time, as the number of samples that can be separated on one plate in TLC, is far more than the number of samples that can be separated in one paper.

2)Strong reagents can be used for the purpose of identification, as the TLC plate is able to withstand strong solvents and colour-forming agents.

3)TLC plates can be heated to higher temperatures(for spot development) without any damage, which might not be possible in case of PC, lest the paper gets damaged.

4)The sensitivity of detection is more in TLC, as compared to PC, because of lesser spreading of substance zones, in a TLC plate, than what occurs in PC.

And many other similar advantages.
