difference between title bar and menu bar ​

Explanation:

menu bar is a hierarchical collection of all available system functionalities grouped together as options inside a menu. This grouping is based on the nature of the functionalities like edit menu usually involves the options for cut, copy, paste, find and replace, etc.

A tool bar contains the direct shortcuts to the above mentioned functionalities which are usually the most used ones, displayed on the bar.

Menu bar usually doesn’t support customization while tool bar does... . .. . . .. .

ANSWER ---

menu bar consists like menus like home, insert ,edit etc... while the most top bars which indicates the documents status is called title bar.
