travelogues are the accounts that the travellers write about their experience

chronicles are the accounts of the travellers not about their personal experience but about the economic and social condition of a place

Answer:

Chronicles and travelogues are different.

Chronicle is basically a historical fact or account or events are organised in a chronological order.

Travelogues are a chronological way of representing things. An equalised weight age is offered for events which are of historical issues. In a travelogue there are some realities which cannot be chronicle related information. Chronicles are general from first hand knowledge.
