Difference between Tree topology and star topology is given below
Explanation:
- In the Star topology all computers are linked with a node that is called hub Explanation where as in the tree topology there is a root node and all the other nodes that are linked to that forms a tree hierarchy.
- In the topology of stars only hub is a reason for failure. whereas in the tree topology each node has a reason for failure.
- In the star topology the cost is expensive as compare to the tree topology.
- We need more cables and wire to set up star topology there is no need for more cables to ring topology.
