turgidity means bulging

it occurs while endosmosis

flaccidity means shrinking.

♥️turgidity : when water gets entered in a cell due to endosmosis the cell gets swollen and applies turgid force on its walls.

♥️Flaccidity : when the water moves out of the cell due to exosmosis due to this cell gets shrink and this property is called flaccidity. This occurs in presence of hypertonic solution.
