Let the numbers be a & b

So, a + b=49......... (1)
a - b=7.......... (2)
Adding (1) &(2)
2a=56
→a=28

Putting this value of a in (1)
b=49-28
→b=21

So the numbers you are searching for is are 21&28

\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\;to\;the\;Questions}}}}

Given,

\textbf{\underline{Sum\;of\;two\;number\;is\;49}}

\textbf{\underline{Difference\;is\;7}}

Assume

Number be x and y respectively

So,

x + y = 49 ....... (1)

x - y = 7 ........... (2)

\Large{\boxed{\bigstar{{Adding\;both\;Equation :-}}}}

x + y + (x - y) = 49 + 7

x + y + x - y = 49 + 7

2x = 49 + 7

2x = 56

\rm \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \:x=\dfrac{\cancel{56}}{\cancel{2}}

x = 28

Hence,

\Large{\boxed{\bigstar{{First\;number= 28}}}}

\Large{\boxed{\bigstar{{Second\;number:-}}}}

x + y = 49

28 + y = 49

y = 49 - 28

y = 21

Therefore,

\huge{\boxed{\sf\:{First\;number = 28\;and\;Second\;number = 21}}}
