Rewards are given to the person who is striving to be worth and has classified himself as a new important individual so he is great and they give him an honour of respect just like ISRO oand national and international olympiad epoch the appreciation of tea students hardworking and real life sustainment.
punishment is given to those who are unworthy and have committed the crimes or against the nature of human or against the laws so he must be punished for example If we see someone is cutting trees we give him punishment for destroying the nature or someone raped someone this will leads to crime and will be jailed or hanged depending upon the way he did it.
