Difference between types of rotors in induction motor

The rotor is mounted on the motor shaft. The main difference between the synchronous motor and the induction motor is that the rotor of the synchronous motor travels at the same speed as the rotating magnet.

  1. stator
  2. rotor

rotor is connected to shaft which will move when sufficient of electricity is given
