Fundamental Rights => They are included in Part III of the constitution.
=> These rights are justiciable in nature, i.e. they can be enforced by the Court of law.
=> They are the rights that citizens enjoy.
Directive Principles of State Policy => The Part IV of the constitution deals with the directive principles.
= > They are non-justiciable, i.e. they cannot be enforced by the court.
=> They are only the guidelines that the government needs to follow.
