1. The unicellular body is made up of single cell whereas multicellular body is made up of many cells
2. In unicellular organism a simple cellular trauma can cause its death whereas in multicellular it does'nt cause the death of tissue
3. In unicellular Oragnism the cell body can't have the large size due to surface area whereas multicellular can have large size
4. In uncell. the life span is short whereas in multicellular life span is long
